I'm a one-man shop in NE Wisconsin, hand-crafting custom knives and sheaths. While I enjoy the grinding, heat treating and finishing of my blades, the part I like best is when a happy customer tells me how much they like their J.Hoffman knife. It brings another level of satisfaction to my work.
My goal is to produce a beautiful tool that outperforms other knives and looks good while doing it.
